Newcastle Yoga Space offers weekly beginner yoga classes and the next 8 week course will start on Tuesday April 14.
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
The beginner yoga classes cater for students new to yoga and those wishing to slowly develop an understanding of the most common yoga postures. Classes are also suitable for those with little or some previous yoga experience wanting to get back into a regular yoga routine.
With the aid of a qualified teacher, each week we work on basic postures as well as introducing breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. Over the weeks we build on what was learned the week before and by the end of the course you will have enough knowledge of the basics to be ready to join our general yoga classes.
