Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful way of keeping the body strong & toned during pregnancy and at Newcastle Yoga Space we teach you breathing & relaxation techniques.
No prior experience of yoga is needed to do pregnancy yoga & you will feel comfortable in class working at your own pace. The classes help to alleviate any aches & pains in the body due to pregnancy but as we focus on breathing & relaxation techniques, by the time the baby is due you will feel confident enough to be able to focus the mind with the breathing & relaxation techniques you would have learned.
Previous students always let me know how beneficial the yoga was once their baby is born & they always comment that having learned how to focus their mind on breathing they were able to feel relaxed during labour.
The timetable at Newcastle Yoga Space will change from Monday September 16, 2013 with classes taking place on Monday nights at our new premises in Wickham, 31 Throsby Street.
