What To Bring: Wear comfortable clothes and bring a willingness to learn.
These 8 week beginner yoga courses cater for students new to yoga and those wishing to slowly develop an understanding of the most common yoga postures. Courses are also suitable for those with some previous yoga experience wanting to get back into a regular yoga routine.
With the aid of a qualified teacher, each week we work on basic postures as well as introducing breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. Over the weeks we build on what was learned the week before and by the end of the course you will have enough knowledge of the basics to be ready to join our general yoga classes.
