The next Beginners Yoga Classes begin May 1 in YWCA Dawson Street Cooks Hill.
The beginner yoga classes cater for students new to yoga and those wishing to slowly develop an understanding of the most common yoga postures. Classes are also suitable for those with some previous yoga experience wanting to get back into a regular yoga routine.
With the aid of a qualified teacher, each week we work on basic postures as well as introducing breathing and meditation techniques. Over the weeks we build on what was learned the week before and by the end of the term you will have enough knowledge of the basics to be ready to join our general yoga classes.
The classes run for a full school term on Wednesday evenings and payment is for the full term. Casual attendance is also possible. Please contact to discuss.
