Beginners Yoga Courses

Newcastle Yoga Space offers weekly beginner yoga classes and the next 8 week courses will start at the end of January 2017,

Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Due to popularity we’ve added more classes to the beginners course.

The beginner yoga classes cater for students new to yoga and those wishing to slowly develop an understanding of the most common yoga postures. Classes are also suitable for those with little or some previous yoga experience wanting to get back into a regular yoga routine.

With the aid of a qualified teacher, each week we work on basic postures as well as introducing breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. Over the weeks we build on what was learned the week before and by the end of the course you will have enough knowledge of the basics to be ready to join our general yoga classes.

Mats and equipment supplied.
Bookings are essential as these classes fill quickly.  Book early to guarantee your mat space!
