A new 6 week beginner yoga course starts on Tuesday November 12.
The beginner courses are suitable for those that have never done any yoga before or for those wanting a more gentle yoga class or to resume their yoga practice.
The classes are suitable for all levels of yoga as we work with building strength and flexibility with the individual. Whatever your experience in yoga or physical restrictions these classes are suited to the needs of the individual.
