The next 8 week beginners yoga course will start on May 27 & May 29.
The beginner yoga classes cater for students new to yoga and those wishing to slowly develop an understanding of the most common yoga postures. Classes are also suitable for those with some previous yoga experience wanting to get back into a regular yoga routine.
Beginner yoga classes are running continuously each week and attendance can either be for the full 8 weeks or on a casual basis.
